We woke up to our furnace out yet again yesterday morning. Appeared to be the limit switch again which was a good thing in light of all that could be wrong. So we got a hold of the mobile RV guy we called before and turns out his dad told us the wrong part number so the switch we bought was actually for a smaller furnace. Luckily he was going to be just a few blocks from us with the correct switch so Larry met him and got the new part. Now we have a working furnace again. We are relieved we had the wrong part as we thought something else must be going on to keep throwing these switches. I guess we will see.
We ended up not postponing going up to Oregon to get our things. In fact Larry and our son in law left at 4:30 this morning to head to Portland to pick up a Penske moving truck, then it's on to Hood River where our things are in storage. We did end up cancelling all the deliveries we had scheduled for today and tomorrow to Monday and Tuesday and I think this was for ther best. I think it's best for Larry to be there too. So far the guys are having good weather, just light rain. It could be tricky around Mt. Hood but there are ways to get around it. Then I got a call that I will be signing papers at 2 this afternoon! Larry had to give me power of attorney yesterday as he wouldn't be here. I also just got a call that the wire transfer with the funds went smoothly too! So it's all coming together. Now for the guys to get home safely. Hard to believe our stay in the trailer is coming to an end. It's really has been a good experience and I am kinda sad it's almost over. We have learned a lot about the trailer that we wouldn't have with camping trips here and there. Sadly we always have to learn things the hard way! LOL!
